User Data Deletion

At SnapMealz, we make it easy for you to delete all your personal data and account information directly from within our mobile application. Please note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription - this needs to be done separately through your App Store or Google Play account.

How to Delete Your Data

Follow these steps in the SnapMealz app:

  1. 1. Open the SnapMealz app on your iOS or Android device
  2. 2. Tap on the Settings icon in the top navigation
  3. 3. Scroll down to the Account section
  4. 4. Tap on "Delete Account & Data"
  5. 5. Confirm your choice when prompted

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • • Your profile information
  • • Your personal data (age, weight, height)
  • • Your goals and preferences
  • • All meal logs and history
  • • Photos you've uploaded
  • • App settings

Important Information About Subscriptions

Managing Your Subscription

Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription. You need to cancel your subscription separately:

  • • For iPhone/iPad: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
  • • For Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions

Creating a New Account

If you create a new account later and have an active subscription:

  • • Your subscription is tied to your Apple/Google account, not your SnapMealz account
  • • You can restore your purchase in the new account using the "Restore Purchase" option
  • • All your previous data will still be deleted - only the subscription status is restored
